WARRANTY REPLACEMENT TAKES PLACE EXCLUSIVELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE DISPUTED SPARE PART AT VF RICAMBI & CARS - ONLY RETURNS OF SPARE PARTS CLEARLY NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORDER PLACED WILL BE ACCEPTED IF SENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO THE ORIGIN ADDRESS OF VF RICAMBI & CARS.
Any replacement or refund will be made only after receiving the disputed spare parts. For refunds of orders already SHIPPED and then canceled, 50% of the amount paid will be withheld as compensation prior to returning the spare parts to the original warehouse.
